35kV pin type insulators are designed according to BS standard .the
product are very popular in UK ,
and many African countries . there is a zinc thimble insert inside
the insulators , which can accept
BS standard large steel head spindles . the spindle dimensions
comply to BS 3288 standard .
we can produce the insulator in brown glaze or grey glaze .
insulator top groove area can be made of semi-conductive glaze
which is radio-free type ,
or normal type (without semi-conductive glaze)
when we finished production , we will conduct routine test and
samples test based on BS standard.
test items including :
1 visual inspection and dimensional check
2 temperature cycle test
3 cantilever strength test
4 porosity test
5 puncture test
only in case the batch of product passed related test , we will
pack and deliver the insulators out .
