use special raw material , the raw material aluminum components
must be more than 60% , and we use isostatic pressing method (dry
process) shapping the insulator body . in this way , the insulator
will has very high density , and porcelain
inner performance are even . the special shapping method , very
strictly quality control and processing control can lead to high
quality and reliable insulators .
All insulator hardwares are well tested before insulator assembly
, because unit hardware defect will lead to final insulator failure
. so we must be very careful to control all details .
silicone sealant we sue a layer of silicone sealant cover the
cement ring surface , just to protect cement have a stable
performance for longer life ,
In the meantime , it can prevent cement dust fall down to pollute
the electrical instrument .

insulator can be used as vertical or inverted .
